Thursday 8th. April 2004

At 09.30 we arrived on flight SA 229 after a long flight from Glasgow via Heathrow. When we arrived it was extremely hot. We had just got off the plane and we were met by Bheki and all the learners from Realogile School..

At about 12-00 we checked in at Rosebank Hotel.

After a quick shower and change of clothes we then departed at about 13.00 to go to the British Council Offices in Braamfontein., where a few of the pupils spoke in front of everybody. The British Council gave us lunch and then we went back to the hotel and unpacked.at about16:00 

At 17:00 the Learners from Realogile  met with us at The Zone, a place in a shopping centre where we went 10 pin bowling with them.

The Rosebank Hotel is a four star hotel, with a gym, swimming pool and several incorporated restaurants. It also had a shop, which sold lots of lovely souvenirs.
